RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DEFECTS

TREK tech accessories Inc. only approves Return Authorizations (RA’s) for exchanges if item you purchased is defective or if you ordered the wrong size.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should email us within 7 business days of receiving the product at orders@mytrektech.com with details and pictures of the product and the defect. Once the return for the defective item is approved, we will send you a RA#, return form/instructions and return label. TREK will exchange the defective item once the returned defective item is received.

If you need an exchange for a wrong ordered size, you must email orders@mytrektech.com within 7 business days of receiving the order to request and RA# and return instructions/form to exchange. Once approved, you must ship the originally purchased item back AT YOUR COST and include a PRE-PAID RETURN label for the correct item to be shipped back to you. Items must be shipped its original condition and packaging and include the RA# on the outside of the package.

EXCEPTIONS: Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: SALE ITEMS

** Item’s not returned its original condition and packaging will be refused a refund/exchange.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • A valid sales receipt is required to process all claims.
  • Please email orders@mytrektech.com and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Any bag damaged because of improper packing by the customer when shipping to TREK, will be returned to the customer as is and the claim will be considered void.
  • Remember to insure your item. TREK will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. We HIGHLY recommend using a service with tracking, in case your package gets lost in transit.
  • Return address for warranty claims will be provided at the time of issuing the RA #.
  • All claims take at least 7 business days to process from the date the item is received by TREK.
  • Any return without a RA # on the box or Return Form inside box will be refused / returned and no refund will be issued for refusal.
  • Please remember to include the below with your return:
  • The Return Authorization Number (RA#) that you received from us written on outside of return package.
  • The RA form provided at time of RA approval completed and placed inside return box.
  • Items you are returning in its original condition and packaging.
