RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DEFECTS
TREK tech accessories Inc. only approves Return Authorizations (RA’s) for exchanges if item you purchased is defective or if you ordered the wrong size.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should email us within 7 business days of receiving the product at email@example.com with details and pictures of the product and the defect. Once the return for the defective item is approved, we will send you a RA#, return form/instructions and return label. TREK will exchange the defective item once the returned defective item is received.
If you need an exchange for a wrong ordered size, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving the order to request and RA# and return instructions/form to exchange. Once approved, you must ship the originally purchased item back AT YOUR COST and include a PRE-PAID RETURN label for the correct item to be shipped back to you. Items must be shipped its original condition and packaging and include the RA# on the outside of the package.
EXCEPTIONS: Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: SALE ITEMS
** Item’s not returned its original condition and packaging will be refused a refund/exchange.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
